We help turn strategy and technology into tools that serve people,
not the other way around
With our SPDR framework focusing on strategy, processes, data, and resources, we help SMBs build systems that actually work together
Purpose
To make business and technology more human
Vision
A world where technology and strategy amplify human potential, making work more meaningful and organizations more resilient.
The SPDR Framework
Your business is a system. Every part of it — how you make decisions, how work gets done, what your data tells you, and what resources you have to work with — affects every other part. When one area breaks down, the others feel it.
SPDR is how we look at that system. Not sequentially — diagnostically. We examine all four areas at once, looking for gaps within each and misalignment across them. The goal isn't to fix one thing in isolation. It's to understand the whole before we prioritize where to start.
Strategy — The foundation everything else is built on. Where are you going, and why? Without a clear answer, business decisions become guesswork and resources get pulled in competing directions.
Data — What your numbers are telling you, and whether you can hear them. Bad data governance doesn't just produce bad reports. It produces bad decisions made with false confidence.
Processes — How work actually gets done. Not how it's supposed to get done — how it actually gets done. Undocumented, inconsistent, or broken processes don't just slow you down. They block every other improvement you try to make.
Resources — The people, budget, tools, and partners available to execute. Strategy without resources is a wish list. Resources without strategy are wasted.

How We Work
Every engagement starts the same way — with a discovery call to understand where you're stuck and what's driving it.
From there, we almost always recommend an audit. A problem with the system requires a system solution. That requires understanding the system. We go system by system — Strategy, Processes, Data, Resources — documenting gaps within each and tracing how those gaps are affecting the others. We map the current state of your business as a whole system, not just the part that's visibly broken.
From that foundation, we build the future state and a roadmap to get there. Priorities are set based on leverage — where a change in one system creates the most positive movement across the others.
Then we do the work. We stay involved through implementation, not just planning — developing detailed project specs and working in tandem with your team as things get built.
One thing worth saying directly: the problem you come to us with is often a symptom, not the root cause. For example, some come to us wanting to implement AI. But if processes aren't documented, data isn't governed, and strategy isn't clear — AI won't fix anything. It'll just make you more efficient at the wrong things.
We'd rather tell you that upfront than take the project.
